DFW Homes, Seen Through a Designer's Eye.
I'm Savana Harris, a real estate agent with Compass and the owner of a DFW interior design and renovation business. I help buyers find homes with real potential and help sellers present theirs at its best.

An Agent Who Knows What a House Can Become
Most agents can show you a home. I can also tell you what it would take to make it yours, and what it will take to sell it well.
See Past the Finishes
Dated tile and brass fixtures scare buyers off good homes. I can tell you which updates are cosmetic and which ones signal bigger projects, so you can make offers with confidence.
Prepare to Sell, Room by Room
Sellers get a designer's walkthrough before listing: what to repair, what to declutter, how to light and stage each room, and where not to spend money.

Common Questions
Which areas of Dallas–Fort Worth do you serve?
I work across the Metroplex, with a focus on Fort Worth, Arlington, Keller, Southlake, Dallas and Frisco. If you are considering a town that is not listed, ask me. I'm glad to help anywhere in North Texas.
How does your interior design background help buyers?
I walk homes the way a designer does. I can tell you which walls are likely structural, what a kitchen update tends to involve, and whether a dated house has good bones. That helps you compare homes on their potential, not just their paint colors.
How does it help sellers?
Before your home goes on the market, I'll give you a room-by-room plan: what to fix, what to leave alone, and how to stage it so buyers notice the space. The aim is to spend money only where buyers will notice it.
Can I search MLS listings on this site?
Yes. Use the Search Homes page to browse current listings, or send me your criteria and I'll set up a custom search that emails you new matches.
